Annexation of Egypt - 30 BC
If the Alexandrine War has been discarded, the Senate may vote for
the
creation of Egypt
as a province. This vote can only occur after all other
provinces have been assigned during the Senate Phase. If the vote
passes a governor must be elected to
Egypt before any other proposals can be made. This card remains in play
until Egypt is made a province.
