Calpurnian Law : 149 BC
Censor can fine one corrupt Governor in Rome (or his Faction if he is
unable to pay) an amount equal to a DR once per year during the Senate
Phase of the year of that Governor's return to Rome. This does not
count as a Prosecution and is not subject to Popular Appeal.
